TICKETING, ADMISSION & NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

TICKETING POLICY

These rules apply to Social Runs, Creative Nights, Game Nights, Studio Pop-Ups, and other ticketed experiences on Socials by Studio. Payment confirmation is final.

No refund

Once a ticket is booked and payment is confirmed, there is no refund. Personal cancellation, a schedule clash, or not attending the event does not create a refund or cash-back right.

Scenario comparison

The following outcomes apply after a confirmed booking:

Situation	Policy outcome
Attendee cancellation	No refund. Ticket remains non-refundable.
Late arrival / no-show	Ticket is forfeited. No refund or credit.
Studio reschedule	Existing ticket stays valid for the new date.
Organizer / studio cancellation	100% credit toward a future Socials by Studio experience (not a bank refund).

24-hour transfer protocol

If you cannot attend, you may request a transfer to a friend at least 24 hours before the event starts. Prefer emailing socialsbystudio@gmail.com with your ticket number and the new attendee details, or submit the transfer form on your digital ticket page. Tickets must not be resold above the original price. Studio approval is required.

Behaviour

Abusive behaviour, harassment, disorderly conduct, or intoxication may result in removal from the event. No refund or credit is issued in that case.

Morning run & physical fitness waiver

Participation in physical activities such as the Socials by Studio morning run / Social Run is at your own risk. You are responsible for your fitness to take part. Socials by Studio is not liable for personal injury or lost valuables.
