By browsing, interacting with, or creating an account on socialsbystudio.vercel.app (and any official Socials by Studio domain that hosts this platform), you accept these Terms of Service.

Acceptance

These terms apply to everyone who uses the Socials by Studio website at socialsbystudio.vercel.app, books an experience, or submits a studio enquiry. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Intellectual property

The Socials by Studio logo, brand identity, typography, UI design, source code, graphic mockups, photography, videos, and written content are our intellectual property. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or reuse them without written permission.

Client agency engagements

An enquiry submitted through this website is an initial discussion only. Deliverables, timeline, licensing, and billing for branding, web development, content creation, reels / video editing, business strategy, and event management are finalised only in a separate Statement of Work or Client Services Contract.

Media release for event filming / photography

Attendance at a public community event grants Socials by Studio permission to photograph, record, create recap reels, and use that media in our portfolio and social marketing. Contact us before the event if you have concerns about being featured.

Prohibited use

You must not inject malicious code, use bots to spam enquiries, attempt to compromise servers, extract data through unauthorized APIs, or engage in defamatory, unlawful, or infringing activity.

Limitations of liability

The website, digital assets, and event schedules are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website downtime or event participation.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie with the civil courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
